With over 20 ingredients, 3 types of noodles and 4 spice level from no spice to hot for your Malatang. You may go for dry version too! But I think itโ€™s good to try the Signature soup version as the broth is made from rich chicken soup. Iโ€™ve ordered for mildly spiced malatang with extra udon noodles. The heat was very mild with a hint of numbing yet I could taste the sweetness of the chicken soup. There are some condiments like chilli sauce if you would like to add extra spice to your malatang. .
