One of the best fried fish I have eaten in a long time . Aromatic , addictive , well seasoned and not greasy .

Lots and lots of Fragrant garlic crisps and fresh and firm fish .
Crispy outside and moist inside.

Better still this is going at 12 dollars now instead of its usual price of 27.

Love the peaceful ambience at bambu and their Indonesian / Thai food .

Other recommended dishes are the olive fried rice , tahu telor , beef rendang and of course this fried garlic fish .
