Fat Belly served pretty awesome food and a memorable dining experience (thanks Ash!!) - a pretty sweet place to chill and eat good food with friends! The place is designed for friends and warmth, and the hearty laughs from other tables definitely showed that we weren’t the only ones who enjoyed ourselves.

*appetisers* We had the crispy pig’s ears, grilled ox tongue, roasted bone marrow and some uni and caviar on sour dough toast - loved the ox cause it wasn’t too gamey!! Side note, the pig’s ears might be my new favourite thing.

*mains* The fatty wagyu zabuton and wagyu rib cap were absolutely delicious in medium rare - tip: boldly monopolise the borderlaise sauce. Also, please get the crusted Mac and Cheese. Eat it slow and let the the truffle oil seep into the beautiful 3 cheese topping.

*dessert* Burnt Blue Cheesecake. Get it. It’s good and the blue cheese is very subtle.

Great experience - would go back again to heartily celebrate special occasions with loved ones.

Total about $100 per pax for the entire meal, would recommend going about 4 pax to share the dishes, so as not to overeat or spend too much!!
