These must be the silkiest rice rolls I have ever eaten .

The rice rolls have a good balance between being slightly “ bouncy “ and “ chewy” and soft at the same time .

They had the perfect thickness .

It’s just the combination of chicken and rice rolls that I can agree with . The chicken was soft and limp and lacked In contrast in taste and textures with the rice rolls.

Sometimes things are better prepared the traditional way - just char siew and rice rolls would have been good enough .

Not the same filling anymore
