𝐊𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢 ($8) - Our favourite of the evening! Homemade Indian ice cream that had the most unique texture - our best attempt at description would be in between a nougat and yogurt. It had a crisp firm exterior that melted in the mouth once bitten into to segue into a smooth and lingering creaminess. Enjoyed the additions of saffron, pistachio, nuts, and cardamom for interesting pops of savouriness. Would recommend trying this 😋
