The pita bread was almost textbook, being soft and pliable yet retaining some give. And finally I've had a Taramasalata that's punchy(after the plain one-off from burnt ends). This one was unabashed about the saltiness and the fishiness, yet it was still quite good and full of umami. Not for everyone, esp those who dislike fishiness like myself, but it's definitely a solid rendition(esp w that awesome pita bread)
