Every time I taste a more tender beef cheek, it becomes my new benchmark. But after tasting this I'm certain any softer and it would just be a pool of beef gravy. Tender doesn't even begin to describe it, and more importantly the flavour is top notch too. Well balanced with lime juice soaked pear. By far the best beef cheeks I've ever had
