This is an impressive plate of fried Hokkien prawn mee by a 21yo young hawker who joined the trade only in March this year.
The noodle looked uninterestingly dry by the time we were ready to give it some attention (we were busy with lots of other more good-looking dishes today! π ). But gosh it was packed with such crustacean punch and 'wok hei' flavour.
