𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 ($20): Hearty spread that included a slice of country sourdough, sautéed mushrooms, generously-sized bockwurst sausage, scrambled eggs, hummus, and pickles. Our favourite was the silky eggs and sautéed mushrooms - tasty and well done. The sourdough had a subtle and not overpowering sour tang and was nicely toasted. That said, there are distinct fermentation and shaping issues. It was also slightly dense, but alright when paired with the heavier breakfast items. Not so much a fan of the hummus and sausage - the natural chickpea flavours were overwhelmed by the pungency of the garlic, and the sausage had the frozen, processed taste 😅.
