Newly opened at vivocity and specialising in Chimney Cakes, a dessert originating from Hungary. Its essentially a sweet bread baked in a cylindrical shape with a hollow center.

This Pistachio Chimney is my favourite, with the chimney cake being studded generously with pistachio crumbs. The nutty and crisp exterior came in perfect harmony with the sweet, soft and fluffy interior😋

Comes by default with chocolate ice cream, which I had wanted to swap for a mix with vanilla instead, but was rather disappointed that they strictly do not allow any sort of customisation at the moment. However, there seems to be plans to allow customisation in the near future.

The chocolate ice cream was surprisingly good! Creamy and chocolatey, yet the sweetness level was well controlled, which is much appreciated given that the chimney cake itself is already quite sweet! FYI, all their ice creams are made fresh daily in-house😊
