Launched in 2016, Black Cow has recently undergone a renovation and rebranding, and have just recently opened its doors to welcome back diners (reservations are highly recommended!) with the Winter Menu that will run from now to 28 February.
Black Cow, located at South Beach Avenue is a modern sukiyaki and shabu-shabu fine dining, aims to create transcendent Wagyu dining experiences.
