Banana cake lovers alert 🚨

Not easy to come across a good banana sponge that is light and fluffy , not too sweet and natural tasting ( without that yucky banana essence ) or bicarbonate taste.

So glad to chance upon the banana cake from emerald bakery at 325 Clementi Avenue 5.
It fulfils all the ticks in a good banana cake .

Not too sure about the craze with Hiap Joo-
I found the bicarbonate taste too strong - didn’t quite suit my palate 🤣.

The best part is that these are so affordable too !
