Perhaps the only vegetarian option here but the overall combination of the different meatless elements was one that greatly satisfied my palate. The haloumi cheese is essentially a grilled cheese "patty" that had a slightly crisp exterior encasing a thick, gooey interior that was so cheesy and flavourful! 💖 The mushrooms were well sautéed, with a pleasant earthy note whereas the pickled capsicums added a pleasant crunch factor that was refreshing as well! Along with emmental cheese that further boosted the cheesy factor and tangy smoked mayo spread, the bagels were thick, doughy with a fluffy interior. My virgin try on sandwich bagels and I foresee myself making return trips here for more! 😋 what's more, the bagels here are all freshly baked with a variety of flavours to choose from e.g. Sesame, garlic, cheddar, rye, cinnamon raisin etc. Or just simply go for the plain one (which I did) and it was just as great! 👍🏻
