ACAMASEATS & GTK💮: Chef Ming’s interpretation of the Local Yong Tau Foo with a little Japanese twist. The Hiryozu (Deep fried Japanese Tofu) has all the right textures, with a nice bite to it. The Ngoh Hiang tasted almost like Grandma’s said @nantheless & that is saying a lot. 🤤

The broth was simmered from ikan bilis & yellow beans, classic, comforting & so fulfilling. The attention to detail for the entire meal was stunning, even a humble piece of carrot here was craved beautifully. A soup for the soul. Thank you so much @blueskiescottonclouds for the invite! 🔖
