Spoilt by my aunt’s homemade tiramisu, it’s quite hard to find another as good else where. iO serves theirs up with Pistachio but it was very subtle in taste. The fluffy layer of mascarpone paired with the coffee soaked sponge was likable, but we were missing that fragrant rum element!
