Not a big fan of satay bee hoon but this is a pretty good one I must say. The thick satay gravy, with lots of peanut bits, evenly coated every strand of the bee hoon. Besides the generous ingredients, the bee hoon itself was moist unlike those satay bee hoon I've tried elsewhere, where the gravy and bee hoon didn't "blend" well. This rendition was definitely one of those that made me a convert, and this time round, it's for satay bee hoon 😛
