If you are into big flavors (重口味), you wouldn’t be disappointed by @mrlorbak_ubi_branch. I think this would be the Hokkien style of braise (as compared to the lighter Teochew style). We found this to be a tad heavy on acidity and saltiness but the meat was super tender. I’d order some fresh greens from the mixed rice stall to accompany this!
