Snitch by The Thieves offers Melbourne-inspired brunch fare with dishes named after - well, famous bandits.

I had the Frank Costello: baked eggs with rancheros sauce, meatballs, feta cheese, sweet corn served with garlic bread. It's a good baked eggs dish with the rancheros sauce giving some heat, but not something we would come back for.

Wife had the Clyde Barrow - the 12-hour braised beef briskets were tender and tasty. It is served within two brioche buns (ala burger) with two poached eggs, kailan and hollandaise sauce. I couldn't stop nipping on her lotus root fries.
