Moroccan falafels are actually chickpeas coated with bread crumbs, set over medium high heat and grilled till its surface becomes golden brown. This is so incredibly addictive and crunchy that I could have ordered another bowl just for them.
With the light and fluffy cous cous forming the base, add roasted pumpkins, charred cauliflower, baby carrots, watercress, feta cheese and brown dates to the mix and drench it with tahini vinaigrette for a delectable assortment of flavours.

摩洛哥沙拉

这应该是我吃过最有特殊风味的沙拉。
那浅褐色的小球其实是把豆丸子的周围沾了面包屑,轻炸了一下,然后配上烤南瓜,花椰菜, 萝卜,水田芥, 羊奶酪, 红枣 和来自非洲的健康主食古斯米。
最后在这些清新香甜的配料撒上油醋汁,就能享用这道甘醇味美的沙拉了。
