Apparently Michelin Star but you know what, I didn’t do a food dance while eating the oyster broth ramen. The oyster broth was alright, tasted briny but didn’t have the seafood kick I was looking for. Everything didn’t come together sadly - the onion, paprika, garlic butter. Sous vide charsiu was tender but again, it wasn’t memorable. Lots of ramen chains around, and this one didn’t do it for me.
