The smashed avocados with poached eggs came on a thick toast, which was a nice touch, as it kept everything together without going limp especially with the fantastic yolk porn. However, the dish was also really under-seasoned which was extremely unfortunate. Thankfully they do serve fantastic tater tots, so be sure to get those instead
