Here’s what to come to Konjiki for. The Shio Hamaguri Soup melds clam and pork broth with white truffles, and the flavours come together wonderfully. While the white truffle notes are strong, it doesn’t at all overpower that unmistakable taste of fresh clams.

The Hokkaido noodles too, are great. Smooth and tender to the bite, they almost remind me of Chinese la mian.
