Thus from now till Sunday (19 May 2019), savour authentic Southern Italian homestyle favourites prepared by Mrs. Maria Matera Carbotti - "Mamma Ria" - mother of Restaurant Manager Andreano Carbotti at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano.

The special a la carte menu available during lunch and dinner features 3 heart-warming pasta dishes. And my favourite was the Orecchiette pasta with fresh homemade pork sausage, mushroom, broccoli and shredded Parmesan ($35++). Food for the soul, the plate was a simple medley of ingredients that provided a delectable yet clean-tasting punch with loads of textures within. I just loved how the savouriness, earthiness and sweetness of the individual elements came together perfectly.
