We had two pieces of wagyu, a zabuton and a rib cap. I honestly can't say which is better. The zabuton had a more unique taste, but the rib cap was more beefy. I like the firmer texture of the rib cap, but the zabuton really melts in your mouth, which I think most people prefer. The fact that the cow paintings on the wall were watching us eat their friends just made it sweeter. The sauce was great, but the steaks were too good to put anything on it.
