Comes with two slices of bluefin tuna belly and minced otoro. Otoro was slightly over minced, resulting in a mushy texture. But loved the addition of wakame and jellyfish to balance the textures and flavors of the bowl. Best part of the meal was the truffle infused rice! Which came as a surprise. No wonder the entire shop smells of truffle when you walk in ☺️ loved how subtle the truffle scent & flavor is on the rice which is tossed also with ebiko & finely chopped mushroom. Yum!!!
