Hole-in-a-wall ramen shop nestled in the second level of International Plaza, Enishi successfully brought me back to my vacay days in Japan with only 9 seats and an open kitchen concept. Enishi currently only serves 2 dishes- dan dan men and ramen with dashi broth. I personally enjoy the chewy buckwheat noodle used here although most people may find the flat shape unusual. The dashi broth is my favourite of the two. Flavour was strong yet comforting. The aburi pork belly is worth a shout-out too! Overall, it was a comforting bowl that easily pleases your tastebuds.
