One of the best artisanal bakeries; they closed for a while (replaced by the equally great Micro Bakery) until they reopened at Upp Thomson recently.

While my favourite nut toast is not on the menu (yet, hopefully) their bakes are as good as ever. The dense and moist texture of the 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 ($5.50) was delightful, whilst the richness of chocolate harmonised with a sprightly prune sweetness.

The cold drip (only $5) was also extremely palatable with its clean and fruity profile.
