The 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝗯 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 ($28) may appear pedestrian, but sift through the spaghetti and you'll find multiple cubes of beef short rib. The beef was tremendously tender, with the robust gravy ably augmenting its flavour. This was another stellar plate of pasta.

The dishes at @elevenstrands may be on the higher side, but the quality is top notch. And if you have Burpple Beyond, it's definitely worth a visit.
