We recently had lunch at Kimchi Xpress, a food stall located at Suntec City’s Big Appetite Food Court. We each ordered a regular bowl ($7.90) of Bibimbap which includes 1 staple, 1 meat and 2 vegetables of your choice. I chose white rice (there’s brown rice option too), beef bulgogi, kimchi and bean sprouts. I must say for food court standard, the bibimbap was really not bad; the beef was sweet and tender, and went really well with the other ingredients. The portion of the ingredients were generous too, which made the price point pretty worth it. I also liked that it was served in a stone bowl, which kept the food warm while we were eating. Each bibimbap comes with a side of kimchi and soup.
