With that unique name I expected a mellow cheese with bun having an overall sweet profile but no, the cheese was very savoury with the honey barely perceptible. In fact, it seems like the honey is only present in the caramelised cheese at the bottom which is why you can smell it but not really taste it in the bread itself. While it would definitely be a delight if served piping hot, unfortunately it was cold and became slightly hard to chew
