This dish comes with 2 slices of century eggs, they a fried the same way as the oyster mushroom. Cripsy outside and sofe inside, but lost the unique taste of the century egg.

Cold tofu goes well with the Haus Soy. Do take note the Haus Soy is very salty... Do not attempt to eat the tofu with a spoon full of the Soy you will regret it... The tofu does absorb the soy itself and that's great enough..
