Foie Gras was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Love how it melts in your mouth! I really enjoy foie gras and this is a good one.
Carrots were a little hard and I felt it was too overwhelming for the foie gras. Nonetheless a good appetiser.
Ambience is good for dates, romantic with nice lighting and good view of the marina bay!!
