The braised seafood risotto ($28++) was easily my favourite. The short grains had a great bite, and I was impressed with the rich seafood bisque! Every mouth was a burst of creamy flavours. The portion of seafood was extremely generous - there were crayfish, mussels, prawns and even scallops?! Each component was fresh and succulent, retaining its natural sweetness. It can get overwhelming with its strong flavours and large serving, so this is best shared. But I’ll be back for this! 🌟
