Attended a "live cooking demo" (more of a live eating demo, but not complaining because it was free) by Neil Perry from Sydney's Rockpool. Had a froyo chocolate concoction ($8) by the Taiwanese chef from Sessions, a restaurant in RWS. Dinner menu was pretty pricey for the portion size ($15/20 per dish). Tried the Baked Lamb with Peppermint Black Pepper Sauce from Sam Leong and a very Instagram resistant Langoustine Albufeira, coffee (with katsuobushi) by Chef Richard van Oostenbrugge. *
Can't say the whole event really reflected it's namesake but a fun weekend diversion nonetheless. *
