I assure you - once you have a taste of this dish -
You wouldn’t want your fish to be prepared in any other way - because this is soooooooopo good .

The last I had a rendition of this soy bean crumb fish was at dragon city - a Chinese restaurant at Orchard inn hotel . It was my family’s usual festive meal gathering haunt . Now - how many of you have heard of that restaurant 😅- that will tell pretty much your age .

This sea perch tastes almost like a cod dish , was steamed to perfection and that addictive crisp soy bean crumb is to live for 😇.

Part of our buffet dinner - this was one of the few highlighted dishes that could only be ordered once but it was sufficient because of the many other dishes in the buffet menu that could be ordered many times over .

Less is more 😇
