I'm not usually a big fan of traditional Beancurd, but I still remember the first time I tried these ๐™Ž๐™ค๐™ฎ ๐˜ผ๐™ข๐™–๐™ฏ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ tarts decades ago, and fell in love with that silky smooth beancurd filling, encased in a beautiful cookie crust.

Extremely light with a delicate sweetness, this provides a totally experience compared to the creamy, custardy mouthfeel of regular egg tarts. Looking deceptively simple, every bite provides a gentle pleasure to the tastebuds. ๐Ÿ˜ Learning to savour such simple pleasures reminds me that life can be so simple. ๐Ÿƒ

I do wish getting my hands on these tarts were simpler though, since all 3 outlets are situated in town, and their opening hours aren't exactly convenient for people working regular weekdays. ๐Ÿคญ
