Matcha Red Bean Tau Fu Fah ($7.50)

They asked me to choose one of three different sugar such as white, brown and bentong ginger syrup. I preferred brown sugar over white or ginger syrup. Their Soya Beancurd got quite really silky, soft and smooth texture. But their red bean really got soft and sweet taste. Matcha balls got real deal for texture and taste but I felt that it was slightly hard to chew through. No wonder SG locals brought out their franchise from Malaysia to sell their dessert. I hope that I can try their snowflake shaved ice for this next time when I passby.
