Recently added into the list of Burpple Beyond merchants, Nuodle currently has two participating outlets in Singapore - Singpost Centre & Northpoint City. Good news for our Malay friends, their hand-pulled La Mian are actually Halal-certified 👍.

What impressed me most was the texture of their noodles, springy and soft at the same time. Their broth was decent enough and the amount of the beef slices they gave was substantial for a regular-sized bowl.
