Totally made by hand, painstakingly. @chinsinhuan is a sister outlet of Tanjong Rhu pau. Manned by the son and daughter of the elderly owner of Tanjong Rhu pau. It hopes to keep the old school tradition alive by continuing to literally hand craft the paus (buns). I could see the elderly owner in the kitchen, still busy doing what he has been doing for the last few decades.

This outlet is named after the coffeeshop, also named Chin Sin Huan, owned by the grandfather. The name translates to "Zheng - to brace up, Sin - new ideas, Huan - a land to grow in abundance".
