Baby you light my fire - definitely get the luxe version of Hokkaido-Ya's signature bara chirashi don, topped with a blow-torched swirl of mentaiko mayo that just adds so much more punch to the regular version of the dish. 絶品ですね!

[Truffle Salmon Don-$10.90]

Truffle smell wasn’t very strong when i got my food, but the taste is definitely stronger than the smell.
