Their signature bone in pork chop was amazing, changed the salad to mash potato which made it even tastier.
Their signature norwegian trout was disappointing though. It became jelat after eating half the dish and actually tasted like salmon.
The next day, my dad had diarrhoea and vomited from eating it too...
Loved their signature scallop as it was cooked in seaweed and miso butter. Wonderful combination.
Will be back but not for their fish.
