Nothing beats a sweet and sour combination and that includes @kura.singapore's Key Lime Tart!

Basically a reminiscence of Lemon Meringue, the tart consists of key lime curd, torched meringue and lime zest. Pretty delicious I must say, though I wouldn't be opposed to a little more tartness and a little more zestiness to really being out the Key Lime flavour!
