After a day out at universal studio Singapore, Burpplebeyond kindly gave us the option to dine at Duckland that we’ve only heard about.
While the Irish duck was not available due to COVID, we had a decent spread of a hybrid menu between Chinese fare and English grub.

For example 烧鸭面 and 咸菜鸭汤, versus the above pie with duck meat. The Chinese fare was flavourful, while the duck meat was nothing spectacular- maybe we should come back for the Irish duck.
As for my pie with on point flakes and layers, the tough duck breast meat was the downside with a little too much potato chunks instead of tomato & pineapples I was anticipating.
