Very interesting dish, the first time I've had lamb neck. The fatty cut was nicely grilled to render a lot of the fat so that it isn't too greasy. However, I felt the meat could have been a touch more rare. The parsley gremolata was very nice though, fragrant and light, balancing the meaty lamb. The baby carrots were sweet and perfectly cooked. Overall a good dish and definitely worth ordering.
