we tried some unique restaurant special tempuras like Hiroshima oysters 💯, Okinawan mozuku seaweed 💯 and mentaiko seaweed which was a miss for me as it’s too salty oops- maybe need to be in smaller bites🤔 I do appreciate their generous portions ( look at that 🏔 of soba!) and their light and crispy tempura batter whereby their ingredients are all sourced from Japan 🇯🇵 i also appreciate that their tempuras are less oily. I would recommend their soba > udon (the broth could tone down on the soya used oops).
