I have never had anything like this. They made it similar to a kueh pie tee, which is a famous Peranakan tart filled with prawns and vegetables. This felt like I was eating 區肉 (minced pork) as it was really tender and was braised with a sauce that made this so flavourful. 1 tart was definitely not enough for meπŸ˜‹
