Steamboat is always the good choice for my family, everyone loves Steamboat and this time we chose Imperial at Great World, lesser people.
The soup based were drunken chicken and traditional pork bone.
The broth very refined compared to the other Steamboat.
The ingredients are fresh, The kurobuta pork and pork belly slices were good, the Australian beef brisket a bit tough, the 4 treasure ball platter meatball were good, Beancurd Skin roll with yam and Shrimp very unique 😋.
