Raise your hand if you've ever actually made a soufflé 🙋🏻‍♀️ not me though as soufflé can be quite temperamental and tedious to handle.

Soufflé Glacé Fruits Confits ($16) is slightly different from norm. Digging into the iced soufflé, you’ll find a decadent variety of candied fruit hidden within. It was interesting but after the first few bites, it gets coying sweet.

But old fashioned Valrhona Chocolat Noir et Sauce Chocolat ($18/indiv or $24/large) was a hot favourite! The eggy soufflé, made of Valrhona dark chocolate with a pot of chocolate sauce, is a sensational dessert that always pleases.
