Haven’t had brownies in a while and recently got to try some from Fudge It Lah. Their Classic chocolatey ones are made with Belgian chocolate and cocoa powder. Preferred these toasted up for the more crumbly bite and paired with ice cream to balance out the texture. They were sufficiently chocolatey and not super sweet.
