Very well prepped up mushrooms which are QQ and chewy - not dead and soggy . That in itself is a skill .

Nice touch of the added egg - but can do without actually since it was not wobbly 🤣.

Liking for it to be a little more perfumed with truffle paste - 🐹

My favourite truffle pizza is still from pretty underrated pizza face - once Savoured - never to be forgotten .

Still pretty excellent by my standards though for a 3 course set lunch that is in its mid 20s . Very affordable .
